The paper presents own research and the literature data on the use of intranasal administration of peptidergic agents for various autonomic dysfunction, the leading ones in the pathogenesis of ischemic, traumatic brain injury, most somatic disorders. The mechanisms of the development of these states and the positive effects of the normalization of cerebral functioning, segmental-peripheral autonomic entities and the whole organism.
