ABOUT THE PATHOGENESIS AND CLINIC OF BRAIN VASCULARIZATION CHRONIC IMPAIRMENTS

Based on the analysis of literature and our own observations of 280 patients with chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency there are highlighted the questions of pathogenetic variants of the nervous system damage and the most frequent clinical manifestations of this pathology. In 80 patients with severe cognitive failures there was studied cerebral ischemia biomarkers in the dynamics of natural antibodies to NR2A subunit of the NMDA-glutamate receptor. The correlation between the decrease in the level of antibodies and positive dynamics of neurological syndromes that allows to recommend these tests for diagnosis of cerebral ischemea damage and monitoring the effectiveness of the therapy in the treatment of Cortexin example.
