THE ROLE OF GENETIC AND EPIGENETIC FACTORS IN THE FORMATION OF HYPERTENSIVE PHENOTYPE AND ASSOCIATED METABOLIC DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

This article provides an overview of the genetic and epigenetic mutations, which lead to cardiovascular diseases, their complications and metabolic disorders. The possible association of the hypertensive phenotypes and clinical peculiarities of arterial hypertension was analyzed. The conclusion about the prevention, rehabilitation and appropriate choice of antihypertensive pharmacotherapy was formed.
