STUDENTS OF DIFFERENT RHYTHMOPHILE TYPES’ FUNCTIONAL PROFILE

Defining students with different rhythmophile types’ characteristics of the functional state of organs and body systems made it possible to justify the reasons for the deterioration of students’ health during the adaptation to training. Differences in carrying out comparative performance capability of the body of students with different rhythmophile types have been determined, which gave an opportunity to identify changes in health status, which was the direct consequence of the violation of the natural circadian rhythms. As a result of research, the necessity of determining the functional characteristics of the state of the body has been proven, depending on the student’s rhythmophile type to control the circadian periodical changes of the sleep cycle, indicating the persistence of the endogenous component of the biological clock due to the relationship of the nervous, endocrine, immune and cardiovascular systems. The nature of the relationship between the quantitative characteristics of the functional state of students’ body with different rhythmophile types.
