PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL CONCEPTS OF RELIABILITY IN SPORT

The article discusses the physiological problems of reliability in sports. It is shown that the reliability of a sportsman depends on the functioning of various body systems. It is influenced by factors, such as: assessment of the situation, the impact of information stream, the state of the sensory systems, the organization of functional systems, psychophysiological state etc. Psychophysiological problem of sportsman reliability is determined by the following processes: sensation, perception, attention, decision-making and its implementation. An important factor is the motivation that activates nerve centers. Fatigue, in turn, destroys the main functional system, promotes high tension of organism.
