СHANGE IN THE STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL LYMPHOCYTE MEMBRANES CONDITION UNDER DOXORUBICIN COURSE INPUT AND THEIR PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION

In experiments on rats it was found that a course fourfold administration of doxorubicin at a dose of 5.0 mg/kg causes violation of content and, value components of the lipid matrix and multidirectional changes in activity of adenosine deaminase and 5’-nucleotidase in mesenteric lymph nodes’ lymphocytes. Prophylactic administration of immunomodulators of amixin, immunofan and polyoxydonium with different efficiency contributes to keeping in lymphocyte membranes phospholipids level, natural ratio of cholesterol/phospholipids and membrane-localized enzymes activity. Polyoxydonium stabilizing effect on the structural and functional state of the lymphocyte membrane turned out to be more expressive as compared to reference drugs.
