DYNAMICS OF BIOCHEMILUMINESCENCE’S PARAMETERS IN ANIMALS WITH CLOSED CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURY AND TREATMENT WITH ACETYLCYSTEINE

This article is devoted to studying of acetylcysteine’s influence on the intensity of free radical oxidation processes in closed brain injury. It was found that the administration of acetylcysteine with therapeutic purposes on background of mechanical brain injury quite effectively prevents free-radical chain branching reactions in the organisms of experimental animals. It is confirmed in recovery of the kinetics of all parameters of superweak luminescence in investigated biosubstrate. The data mentioned above justifie further study of acetylcysteine as a remedy for pharmacocorrection of extreme pathology.
