HEMOCOAGULATING DISORDERS IN PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM UTERINE CANCER AT STAGES OF SURGICAL TREATMENT. CORRECTION AND PREVENTION

The article highlights problems of thrombohemorrhagic complications in patients suffering from uterine cancer at the stages of surgical treatment. There were studied 58 patients with endometrial cancer from 2008 to 2010. Complex prevention involved performing prolonged epidural anesthesia and the introduction of bemiparin, which allowed to avoid of such thrombohemorrhagic complications as pulmonary embolism, massive bleeding and to reduce the number of postinjection hematomas and deep veins thrombosis, to reduce the hospitalization term by 33.3%.
