The article presents the problem of congenital neural tube defects in fetus such as 677C→Т MTHFR and А66→G MTRR genes polymorphisms in women of Southern Ukraine who had pregnancies associated with neural tube defects of fetus. The genotypes, alleles and compounds of MTHFR and MTRR frequencies are given.
