Analyzing the problem of removable dentures in modern stomatology the author proposes wide application of the method of prosthetics of the middle and large defects of dentitions by partial plate dentures made of copolymer polypropylene, processed in the glow discharge plasma.
The carried out physical-chemical, mechanical, clinical-laboratory and clinical experiments proved the advantage of the given method of prosthetics, their bioinertness in comparison with the acrylic prostheses, accessibility and durability — in comparison with the nylon ones.
