DYNAMIC SYSTEMS OF INTERSPINAL FIXATION ON SURGERY OF STENOSIS OF THE SPINAL CANAL AT THE LUMBAR LEVEL

There were operated 23 patients concerning stenosis of the spinal canal: 21 patients were fixed “U”-systems, 2 — DIAM systems. As the interspinal fixation dynamic systems allow making both flexion and extension in the spinal-moving segment, the quality of life of the patients after the operation gets better as compared with those who were fixed hard stabilizing systems.

With the usage of “U”-implants the block in the spinal-moving segment doesn’t form in the interspinal space, the load on interspinal joints segment decreases due to increase of the height of interspinal apertures. Decrease of the load of facet joints stipulates relaxation of the joint apparatus.
