Efficiency of application of antioxidant drug α-tocopherol acetate in a daily dose 200 and 600 mg in the complex of antirelapsing treatment of urolithiasis was studied.
The antioxidant drug α-tocopherol acetate renders a corregative action on oxalic acid metabolism, it reduces its endogenous synthesis and stabilizes the cell membranes, which potentiates antioxaluric effect.
