THE INFLUENCE OF OPERATIVE ACCESS IN HYSTERECTOMY ON THE PSYCHOEMOTIONAL STATUS OF PATIENTS WITH PRECANCER DISEASES AND EARLY ENDOMETRIAL CANCER

The peculiarities of operations, postoperative period and psychoemotional status of 150 patients with atypical hyperplasia or early endometrial cancer and concomitant obesity were investigated. The laparoscopic, vaginal and abdominal hysterectomies were applied. It was discovered that operative access in hysterectomy exerts significant influence on the psychoemotional status of patients, so, this factor is very important.
