EVALUATION OF T-LYMPHOCYTES RECEPTOR SENSITIVITY IN THE PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC HEPATITIS C

Interconnection of receptor sensitivity of T-lymphocytes and cytotoxic activity of NK-cells in patients suffering from CHC, who got a complex therapy with the use of interferonogen amixin, was studied. The level of amixin binding with the T-lymphocytes receptors raised with increase in amixin treatment courses. With low cytotoxic activity of NK-cells, the highest indices of amixin binding with T-lymphocytes receptors were marked.
