ACQUIRED AND GENETIC FORMS OF THROMBOPHILIA AT THE PREMATURE SEPARATION OF THE NORMALLY IMPLANTED PLACENTA

167 patients (98 — retrospective and 69 — prospective) with preeclampsia in anamnesis were inspected (28 patients of them has the pregnancy which was complicated by the premature separation of the normally implanted placenta (PSNIP) in the presence of acquired and genetic forms of thrombophilia. The different forms of thrombophilia were found out at 80 % inspected, and at 28 — with PSNIP — in 100 %. Pathogenetically grounded anticoagulation prophylaxis with the use of microdozes of aspirin, low-molecular-weight heparin fraxiparin as base preparation from a fertile cycle and early terms of pregnancy allowed the prevention of the development of severe preeclampsia, syndrome of delay of intrauterine development of a fetus and PSNIP in 100 % cases.
