PECULIARITIES OF BONE WOUND HEALING AND ENDO-OSSEOUS IMPLANT INTEGRATION ON EXPERIMENTAL SYSTEMIC OSTEOPOROSIS IN ANIMALS OF DIFFERENT AGE

The aim of following study was to investigate influence of initial condition of the bone on the result of bone wound healing and endo-osseous implant’ integration in reproductive and old rats are given. It was found out that close interconnection between initial condition of the bone and development of either productive or destructive inflammatory process can be followed in bone wound healing as well as in implant integration. Mechanisms of bone tissue response to local trauma influenced by action of systemic stress factor are distinct in kind at different age. There are no significant differences in bone regeneration markers’ activity between integration and disintegration of an implant. Schemes illustrating bone response on local trauma and implantation depending on its initial condition in experimental animals of different age are given.
