PATHOGENETIC MECHANISMS OF HEPATOPROTECTIVE ACTION OF NEW DERIVATIVE OF NICOTINIC ACID AND NICOTINAMIDE

Information of experimental research of hepatoproteсtive activity of oxyethylidendiphosphonate germanates with different bioligands — MIGU-4 (with nicotinic acid), MIGU-5 (with nicotinamide) is resulted in the article. It is set that administration of galactosamine already after a day causes acute alterations of enzymes activity of cytolysis (alaninaminotransferase and aspartataminotransferase) and cholestasis (gamma-glutamyltransferase and alkaline phosphotase), spontaneous renewal of which to the control level appear only on 10–14 and 15–17 days correspondently. Prophylactic-medical administration of new compounds and the agent of comparison – heptral – substantially prevented the changes of these enzymes activity, caused by hepatotoxin. Thus according to strength of hepatoprotective action the studied compounds can be disposed in the following order: MIGU-4 ≥ MIGU-5 > heptral.
