Представлены результаты исследования содержания малонового диальдегида в мышечных тканях при аллотрансплантации эмбриональной мышечной ткани, при трансплантации мышечных тканей, взятых у животных из одного помета, при операции без подсадки. Для аллотрансплантации эмбриональной мышечной ткани использовались 2–3-недельные эмбрионы. Результаты исследования показали, что аллотрансплантация эмбриональной мышечной ткани приводит к стабилизации малонового диальдегида как в бедренной, так и в брюшной мышечных тканях взрослой крысы. Трансплантация бедренной мышечной ткани, взятой у крыс из одного помета, приводит к достоверному снижению уровня малонового диальдегида в ткани реципиента.

Research of antioxidant defense system is of particular interest. Problems of changes of antioxidant
system in muscle tissue transplantation is unclear.
The article presents the results of study of malondialdehyde (MDA) level in muscle tissue during
embryonic muscle tissue allotransplantation, the transplantation of muscle tissue taken from animals
from the same litter, in operation without replanting. Pregnant rats of 2–3 weeks were used for allotransplantation
fetal muscle tissue. Allotransplantation was executed with thigh and abdominal muscle
tissue, which gives a lift to homologous regions of the adult rat (male, weighing 180–300 g). Transplantation
of muscle tissue taken from animals from the same litter was carried out in the same way,
differing only by the donor. Malondialdehyde was determined by reaction with 2-thiobarbituric acid.
The results showed that fetal muscle allotransplantation leads to stabilization of the MDA level in the
femoral and abdominal muscle in adult rat tissues. Transplantation of the femoral muscle tissue from
rats of the same litter leads to a significant decrease in MDA in tissues of the recipient.
