90 girls who permanently live in a sanitary-protective zone of oil refining and cement factories (basic group) have been examined. The control group constituted of 42 girls who live in non-industrial district of Odessa. In both groups they definded the level of FSH, LH, Prolactinum, oestradiol, Progesteronum, Testosteron-Depotum, hydrocortisone on 7-9 and 21-23 days of a menstrual cycle by radioimmunological and immune-enzyme methods with the help of standard kits.
In the majority of the girls from the main group decrease of hypophysial-ovarian and adrenal glands systems functional activity has been detected.
The complex correction with the inclusion of enterosrbent carbolong allowed to correct hormonal violations and notify the development of a reproductive system diseases in reproductional age in the girls who have exposed to effect of different chemical combinations. |
