ADEMOL NEURORETINOPROTECTIVE PROPERTIES CHARACTERISTICS USING RETINA AND OPTIC NERVE MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES UNDER CONDITIONS OF EXPERIMENTAL EYE ISCHEMIA-REPERFUSION ON THE BACKGROUND OF ALLOXANE-INDUCED DIABETES

This work is devoted to the characterization of pathological changes in the retina and optic nerve, occurring after ischemia-reperfusion rabbit eye (creating of increased up to 125 mm Hg of the intraocular pressure with column liquid height 170 cm, which is a system for infusion, which connects the anterior chamber of the eye with a bottle of 0.9% NaCl solution) on the background of alloxan induced diabetes (a single alloxan monohydrate dose into the marginal ear vein dose of 200 mg/kg as a 5.0% solution in acetate buffer, pH 4.5). It was analyzed an ability of the modulator polyamine site NMDA-receptor 1-adamantylethyloxy-3-morpholino-2-propanol hydrochloride — ademol to keep сytoarchitectonics of structures studied visual analyzer, indicating the presence of neuroretinoprtective properties.
