The problem of the development of innovative technologies in an aspect of relations of nanotechnologies and man-measuring, which is important in relation to the risks arising from the development of nanotechnology in the context of post-nonclassical practices as transformative socio-cultural practices is discussed in an article. It is shown that the problem of the expansion of human capabilities is replaced by its “technical improvement” rather than by improvement of human characteristics in man. This situation poses a threat to his noocomponent, values and ethics.
