The modern clinical medicine needs genetic methods. The deeper we analyze the human heredity, the more we use it in methods of diagnostics, treatment and prevention of diseases. Different methods are used for analysis of human genetic traits: pedigree analysis, cytogenetic method, statistical, dermatoglyphic, immunologic, biochemical, DNA-analysis, ontogenetic, method of somatic cell hybridization, modeling method etc. The pedigree analysis, proposed by F. Galton in XIX century, remains one of the main methods in human genetics.
