In experiments of CBA line mice there were established that prophylactic using of Diazepam, Phenazepam and Hydazepam led to decreasing stress inducted changes of cytokine-production activity of mice peritoneal macrophages, normalized functional reserve of lymphocyte-activator factor (LAF) production by the condition of additional staphylococci stimulation of macrophages in vitro and increasing lymphocyte sensitivity to modulating influence of IL-1β in reaction of blasttransformation of lymphocytes (RBTL) that decreasing the pathological changes in humoral immunity. Immunocorrection with Hydazepam was more effective that with Diazepam and Phenazepam that explained its prophylactic using in this pathology.
