The article is devoted to analyses of conceptual positions of I. Prigogin’s scientific tradition and changes of the situation in science at the end of the XX century. It is necessary to define wholity of the methodological background of complex environments of the various nature. It is investigated ways of I. Prigogin’s models application in psycho-informational-emotional sphere.
