INVOLUTORI PROCESSES IN BONE TISSUE OF TOOTH-JOW SYSTEM DURING LOW DOSE γ-IRRADIATION

It was established that the process of aging of experimental animals organisms is accompanied by accumulation of lipid peroxidation products. It results in changes of calcium-phosphate exchange, increasing of hyaluronidase activity and contents of summarized glycosaminoglycans in blood. Thus in bone tissue of the lower jaw in ontogenesis the decreasing of actuation 32P, 45Ca, cytrate, sulphate, prolyne is observed. Injury of bone tissue of the jaw results in severe different violations both of processes of mineralisation and formation of organic matrix of lower jaw bone tissue on the site of damaging. Observed changes depend on the age of animals and time after trauma. It was established that long duration γ-irradiation in the doze of 1,0 Gr stimulates involutory processes in lower jaw of both old and young rats suppresses reparation of its structure after the trauma.
